The President and Founder Vaughan de Kirby is admitted to practice law in the states of California, Texas, Maryland, the District of Columbia as well as being admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Vaughan de Kirby has served as an adjunct professor of law at Empire College of Law in Santa Rosa, California teaching Agency and Partnership and Corporate law. Vaughan de Kirby is the author of a number of books available on Amazon including “The Investors Guide to a Green Card” now in its fourth edition and “The Student Parent Green Card Guide”. Additionally, Mr. de Kirby has authored several Consumer Guides, including The Business Owners Guide to the United States Residency.
